Odisha is set on a transformative journey with the introduction of the Subhadra Yojana, which promises to be the backbone of the State’s development. Announcing 2025 as the Year of Subhadra, Deputy Chief Minister, Pravati Parida, has reaffirmed the commitment to providing support to mothers, promising that they will receive their benefits thrice this year as pledged. 

Speaking on the government’s resolution, Deputy CM Parida said, “We have no challenges. Whenever an issue arises, the government is always prepared to find out solutions. The problems of the people are the problems of the government. We have taken office to solve these issues, and with divine blessings, we strive to uphold the responsibilities entrusted to us by the people.”

Parida emphasised that the government’s promises are not mere words but are backed by action. She assured that by 2025, the foundation for a prosperous Odisha will be firmly laid.

“The beginning of the English New Year will be eventful with numerous developments. We aim to demonstrate our dedication through actions, not mere words,” said Parida.

Highlighting the potential for tourism in Odisha, the Deputy Chief Minister confidently said, “Odisha will become a major centre for tourism.”

Parida also indicated the State government’s focus is on harnessing Odisha’s cultural and natural heritage to boost economic growth.
