Subhadra Yojana to be launched on Sept 17 by PM Modi: Odisha CM

 The Subhadra Yojana will be launched on September 17, informed Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi in Delhi on Saturday. 

The Subhadra Yojana will be inaugurated on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday, he informed. PM Modi will visit Odisha to launch the yojana in the presence of five lakh women, he said.

“We have requested Prime Minister to launch the Subhadra Yojana in Odisha. To empower women, they will get a Rs 50,000 cash voucher each under this yojana. Five lakh women will attend the meeting where the Prime Minister will launch the yojana,” he added.
