SUBHADRA Yojana: High-level meeting held to review security arrangements for PM Modi’s Odisha visit
The Chief Secretary on Friday held a high-level meeting at the Lok Seva Bhavan to review the security arrangements ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Bhubaneswar on 17 September. Various Departments have been directed to buckle up and ensure all safety arrangements for PM Modi’s visit.
The DGP and IGP have been entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the law and order and security while the Khordha District Collector has been entrusted to fully administer the whole security arrangements.
In view of the expected crowd to get a glance of PM Modi, the administration has decided to set up huge LED TVs in major points of the Temple City. In addition, 50 OAS officers have been given the responsibility for crowd control.
As a gift PM Modi is expected to release the first installment of the BJP government’s ambitious Subhadra Yojana on his birthday on September 17.
“All our BJP members, well-wishers, and supporters will welcome PM Narendra Modi. More than 60,000 to 65000 women and mothers will be present at Janata Maidan where PM Modi will launch the ambitious Subhadra Yojana,” informed Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan.
He further added that the first installment of the Subhadra Yojana will be credited by PM Modi to all the applicants who have successfully managed to apply with all the necessary documents.
