Panic has gripped residents as stray bulls continue to wreak havoc across Bhubaneswar. The situation in the capital city has turned alarming, with not only the main roads but even narrow lanes under the dominance of these roaming bulls.

As per reports, people have to step out of their homes in constant fear of the stray bulls.

Earlier a day before, an unfortunate and shocking incident claimed a life. A collision between a vehicle and a stray bull on Daya Bridge resulted in the death of a 38-year-old bodybuilder from the Dhauli police station area.

This is not an isolated case. Stray bulls have been causing frequent accidents in the city - sometimes leaving people with severe injuries, and at times even costing lives.

However, the administration is taking no steps in this regard. Discussions are held in the administration about the matter in different times. However, no steps are taken," said road safety expert Subrat Nanda.
