The newly re-elected Odisha BJP President, Manmohan Samal, emphasised on Tuesday that his party possesses the necessary skills, experience, dedication, and willpower to serve the people of the State.

The party President urged all members to work in a responsible manner and move forward together, reflecting the party’s commitment to inclusive governance.
Addressing a huge gathering at the party’s head office, the BJP chief stated, “We have the skill and expertise required for responsible governance. We possess the dedication and the desire to work sincerely. Everyone must act responsibly and work together. We will move forward, taking everyone along.”
“Those (Opposition BJD) who are speaking against us now were in power for quite a long time. They are still not able to come out of political hangover, and it has become difficult for them to remain without power for just a year,” the BJP chief expressed.
Samal’s remarks underscore the saffron party’s focus on disciplined, united leadership and a promise of inclusive development in Odisha. As the political climate intensifies, the BJP leader’s words reflect the party’s readiness to take on greater responsibilities in the State.
Earlier in the day, veteran BJP leader Samal was once again entrusted with the leadership of the party in Odisha. He was re-elected unopposed as the State BJP President, marking his second consecutive and fourth overall term in the position.
With a political career spanning decades, Samal has served as both Minister and Legislator, bringing significant administrative and organisational experience to the table. His role in the party’s performance during the 2024 General Elections, where the party came to power on its own in the State for the first time, is said to have been instrumental.
