Passenger Advisory and Long-Term Benefits
The Railways urged travellers to check updated schedules via official apps or stations before departing. Notably, the Rourkela–Bondamunda stretch is a critical freight corridor, and multi-tracking will streamline coal, steel, and mineral transport.
Post-April 26, the section will resume operations with improved infrastructure. For real-time updates, passengers can contact the 139 Railway Helpline or visit www.ser.indianrailways.gov.in.
Note: Cancellation dates vary by route; verify specific trains before travel.
