Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida said, "A decision in this regard was taken today as the PBD venue houses many inspiring and enriching models that boasts our rich cultures and heritage. The venue will be open for the public till January 12. This is will be free. Besides, there will be cultural programmes"
