LISA’s entry was not only historic for Odisha but also for India, as she became the country’s first AI anchor in regional TV broadcasting. On July 9, 2023, in a grand event, OTV MD Jagi Mangat Panda formally launched LISA during a press conference.
The AI anchor is capable of reading news in Odia, English, and a total of eight languages. From delivering news headlines to presenting weather updates, LISA has consistently demonstrated her multilingual skills. She also maintains her own social media handles, boasting a significant following on platforms like YouTube and Instagram.

LISA has expanded her role beyond traditional news by sharing content on horoscopes, Ayurveda, special features, and various lighter stories, keeping her audience engaged across platforms.
