As a part of this initiative, OTV Cares is broadening its efforts to support young women in Odisha by providing free training in handloom craftsmanship, general duty assistance, and front office management.
These courses aim to empower participants from economically weaker sections, helping them towards self-reliance. Eligible candidates must have completed their matriculation. OTV Cares ensures that all training expenses are covered, alleviating financial barriers for those in need.
Previously, OTV Cares has offered various vocational training programmes in the past days to support economically disadvantaged young women, including courses in tailoring, designing, beautician skills, and data entry.
These efforts are part of a broader mission to promote vocational education and create opportunities for sustainable livelihoods. This OTV Cares initiative, which was successfully launched in 2023, has entered its third year.
