The recent heated argument between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) star batsman, Virat Kohli and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) mentor, Gautam Gambhir has left the fans divided over the incident. However, the Odisha State Transport Authority (STA) has drawn cues from the recent spat between Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir to impart road safety lessons.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) slapped both the ex-Delhi and India teammates with a penalty of 100 percent of their IPL match fees.
Sharing a picture- one showing Virat and Gambhir and the other two motorists, the STA tried to send a message to people.
In a tweet, the STA wrote, “Whether it is cricket ground or road, rage is not welcomed.”
“Just because someone is driving aggressively doesn't mean you have to respond with aggression. Keep Calm & Drive Safe," tweeted the STA.
Earlier the STA shared a video of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) pacer Avesh Khan’s much-talked helmet-throwing incident in one of the matches of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL).
