Anganwadi workers and helpers in Odisha are to be rewarded with financial incentives by the state government as a token of appreciation for meeting the 1 crore ‘Subhadra Yojana’ milestone. Anganwadi workers will be awarded with Rs 1500, while the helpers involved in the programme will receive Rs 500 each, reports said.
This initiative by the BJP-led Odisha government is a move to motivate all the Anganwadi workers and staff involved in implementing the welfare scheme, informed Deputy CM Pravati Parida.
“Odisha has announced this incentive program to recognize and reward the dedication of Anganwadi workers, who play a crucial role at the grassroots level. The initiative is designed to encourage more efficient implementation of welfare schemes, focusing on achieving the targets set for Subhadra beneficiaries,” Parida stated.
