Odia BSF jawan martyred in Tripura

A Border Security Force (BSF) jawan from Odisha posted at Tripura border was reportedly martyred on Thursday night.

The martyred jawan has been identified as Ishwar Chandra Dora from Belakhandi village under Kalahandi’s Kesinga block.

The office of the BSF Commandant at Tripura reportedly informed about the death of the jawan to family members of Dora. However, the exact reason for his death is yet to be ascertained.

Dora joined BSF in 2009 and was posted at Tripura for some months.
