As per the polygraph report, Gopal had said during the test that a person named Manoj Bariya had told him that Naba Das had been angry with him for stopping his vehicle and reprimanding his supporters. If Manoj was not questioned, then what was the reason behind Crime Branch’s move? Did Manoj intimidate Gopal by saying that there is a threat from Naba Das?

As per the crime branch chargesheet, Gopal had revealed that if he had not killed Naba Das, then the latter would have eliminated him. Gopal also mentioned that he tried to kill Naba Das twice before but failed.

Meanwhile, Manoj stated that the Crime Branch has not asked him anything about whether Gopal was scared of Naba Das or not. Moreover, he never said Gopal anything like this.

“Gopal was suffering from bipolar disorder. As per the final report of the Crime Branch, Gopal killed Naba Das fearing that his life is under threat from him,” said Gopal’s lawyer Naresh Nayak.
