The galleries at Barabati stadium in Cuttack were jam-packed with fans who turned up in large numbers for the net practice session by team India players on Saturday evening. The players of team India received a warm welcome ahead of the crucial second ODI against England to be played at lush-green Barabati stadium in Cuttack tomorrow.
The team India players led by skipper Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and others were seen undergoing intense practice session during their nets at Barabati stadium today.
Cricket fans were seen cheering for their favourite players as they toiled hard at the nets at Barabati stadium in Cuttack ahead of the high-voltage ODI against England. A lot of fans, who failed to secure a ticket for the match, were seen in attendance and they had come to have a glimpse of their favourite team India players. All tickets for the India-England ODI have been sold out.
As England team players skipped their nets session at Barabati, the fans waited for a long time for the practice by team India.

“We were dissatisfied as England players didn’t come to Barabati stadium, but we waited at the stadium for the team India players in the evening,” said a fan.

A thick blanket of security cover was made by Odisha Police to maintain law and order during the practice session of team India players. Twin City Police Commissioner and other senior officials of Commissionerate Police also reviewed the security arrangements at Barabati stadium today.
