Odisha continues to sizzle under severe heat wave conditions on Thursday. As many as three cities in the State recorded more than 35 degree Celsius as early as 8:30 am.

Talcher was the hottest place with maximum temperature of 35.8 degree Celsius by 8:30 this morning. While Angul and Balasore experienced maximum temperature of 35 degree Celsius each, Jagatsinghpur witnessed maximum temperature of 34.8 degree Celsius. Bhawanipatna, Nayagarh and Baripada recorded maximum temperature of 34 degree Celsius each.
