Three employees complained they faced the wrath of Khordha Collector for revealing before the media about the mental torture they faced from their higher authorities.
As per reports, the employees, who have brought the allegation, work in the residential office of Khordha Collector.
As per their complaint, they have been facing mental torture from Khordha Collector K Sudarshan Chakravarthy. However, when they revealed about the tragic incident before media, Chakravarthy became vindictive and threatened to transfer them from the office.
Notably, Collector’s individual assistant Hemanta Bhoi’s wife Sabita Nayak had brought the allegation of mental torture against the Collector. However, no action has been taken against the authorities by the police even after 20 days.
When other employees of the residential office also brought the same allegation against the Collector, he allegedly threatened them to transfer from the office.
“The Collector called me and asked me not to work. He threatened me to transfer from the office because of the complaint against him. We are now helpless,” said Ballabha Sahu, a complainant.
“The Collector asked me about the mental torture. He also said that he will bring out order to transfer me from the office,” said Gopala Behera, another complainant.
However, no comment from Chakravarthy could be obtained in this regard.
