BJP National Vice-President and Kendrapara MP Baijayant Panda on Saturday visited several parts of the district to take stock of the devastation caused by the severe cyclonic storm Dana.
The senior BJP leader met the affected people and also held discussions with the rescue teams engaged in the relief and restoration works at Rajnagar. He is also scheduled to visit other areas affected by Cyclone Dana in the district.
Despite rainfall, the senior BJP leader visited door-to-door and took stock of the damage and listened to the woes of people who shared their grief and issues with the Kendrapara MP.

The BJP MP also visited several areas where standing crops were damaged due to heavy rain and winds triggered by Cyclone Dana.
On Friday, the BJP National Vice-President had lauded the Odisha government for the effective handling of Cyclone Dana and achieving zero casualty.
