BJP National VP Baijayant Panda visits Kendrapara, takes part in social functions

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Vice President, Baijayant Panda on Tuesday attended several social functions in Kendrapara during his visit to the district. 

After reaching the district, he first went to the residence of BJP leader Bhuban Mohan Jena at Bhageshwarpur under the Municipality area and commiserated with the bereaved family on the demise of Jena’s father.

Thereafter, he proceeded to Tarando village under Kendrapara block and attended the 12th-day rituals of Gayachand Panda, the father of BJP's district president, Kishore Panda. He offered floral tributes to the departed soul and extended his condolences to the bereaved family members.  He also took part in the condolence meeting, which was attended by several local and state-level BJP leaders apart from leaders from across political parties and many eminent personalities.
