BJD’s Choudwar-Cuttack MLA Souvic Biswal slams top party leaders for hatching conspiracy!

Choudwar-Cuttack MLA Souvic Biswal on Wednesday slammed some top leaders of BJD without taking names by alleging that they had made all kinds of efforts to defeat him and his father in the 2019 and 2024 elections.

According to Souvic, those who were leading the party earlier and even now had spent huge amounts of black money by engaging their relatives to defeat him and his father.

“A young man, who is two to three years older than me, is still leading the party despite being discarded by the people. They spent crores of rupees against us by engaging their friends and relatives. From where does the black money come?” asked Souvic.

“Thousands of crores of rupees have been spent in the expansion of SCB, construction of Netaji Bus Terminal and JICA projects in Choudwar-Cuttack Assembly constituency. However, nobody will say that we have taken a single rupee. Those one or two people who were running the government were managing these projects. Though we have worked with determination, a conspiracy was hatched against us and we have been stabbed in the back,” said Souvic.

However, no reactions were received from the BJD.
