Passengers on board a Bengaluru-Bhubaneswar Indigo flight were infuriated after they were stranded inside the aircraft for more than one hour following a technical glitch.
As per reports, Indigo flight 6E-411, which was scheduled to depart at 6:40pm from Bengaluru airport on Wednesday, reportedly developed a technical glitch while taxing towards the runway.
After some time, the aircraft returned to the bay and remained there for more than an hour while passengers were advised to be seated inside it, which infuriated the passengers.
The flight had passengers with infants travelling with them. The stranded flight created inconvenience for the toddlers. Moreover, no information about the departure fuelled the anger of the passengers too.
A passenger on the flight recorded a video that showed people venting their anger at the flight attendants after they were asked to de-board the flight.
