At least two persons were killed in a road mishap under Hinjili police limits in Odisha's Ganjam district on Thursday.
Reportedly, a pick up van lost control and collided with a truck near Pitala chhak in Aska resulting in death of two persons.
The deceased duo was residents of Sundarapalli village under Dharakote police limits.
In other news from the district, police on Thursday raided an illegal gutkha manufacturing unit at Baunsiapalli in Berhampur.
As per reports, Sadar Police conducted the raid and detained five persons allegedly involved in the illegal activity.
The cops also seized huge quantity of items and other materials used for the manufacturing of gutkha.
