Driver’s Negligence Blamed For The Accident

According to reports, the van was on its way from Jharsuguda to Chandaka in Bhubaneswar when the driver reportedly dozed off while driving. Due to his carelessness, the pickup van rammed into the truck, resulting in a severe crash that left all 13 jawans injured. The impact was particularly intense on the left side of the vehicle, where seven of the jawans were seated, all of whom are now in critical condition.

Multiple Critical Injuries, Two Jawans Shifted To SCB

Two of the critically injured jawans were administered first aid and then shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack for further treatment. The remaining jawans are under round-the-clock medical supervision, and their condition is being closely monitored. If required, they too will be transferred to SCB MCH for advanced care.
