'Hooliganism' at Baramunda bus terminal, security guards 'attack driver and conductor'

Some security guards engaged at the newly-inaugurated Baramunda bus terminal in Bhubaneswar were accused of resorting to hooliganism on Saturday.

They allegedly launched an attack on a bus driver and conductor after the concerned vehicle took a wrong route at the bus terminal.

The incident triggered tension on the bus terminal premises. Bus drivers and conductors came together and strongly opposed the incident.

They demanded stern action against the security guards responsible for the incident.

As per sources, the bus drivers said that if no action is taken against the security guards, they will soon decide the next course of action.

However, no reactions were available from security guards or the Baramunda bus terminal authorities on the incident.
