The cricketer also said he and the 46-year-old are in no rush to walk down the aisle as they are enjoying each other`s company.
"There has not been one chat about what date, where, anything like that. It hasn`t been brought up once. We`re in no rush to marry. We`re a bit romantic and old-school and are enjoying being engaged for a while. We just want to live our life at the moment and see how that goes. We`re enjoying each other, she makes me laugh," Warne added.
The cricketer also insists he is the happiest he has ever been at the moment. "For me, in my life at the moment, I`m in a really good place. My number one priority is my children and that`s the most important thing - and my new family too, Elizabeth and her son Damian, and vice-versa. I`m in a great space personally... and probably the happiest I`ve ever been," he said.
