Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Vice-President and MP, Baijayant Panda, is likely to highlight in Parliament the backing gained from the international community on India’s anti-terror policy following Operation Sindoor.

 

According to sources, the senior BJP leader is likely to play a key role in articulating India’s foreign policy and anti-terror stance during a key debate in the Lok Sabha. His leadership in post-Operation Sindoor diplomacy highlighted India’s strengthened global alliances and strategic clarity.

Panda will provide detailed accounts in the Parliament on how global sentiments aligned with India during these international visits.

During the debate in the upcoming session in the Lower House, MP Panda may speak as the second-in-command for the ruling party, responding to the Opposition’s concerns.

It is said that he will focus on India’s intensified diplomatic efforts following Operation Sindoor, emphasising how the strategic military operation reshaped the global narrative around terrorism and India’s position on the world stage.

Panda may elaborate on how India garnered widespread international support for its zero-tolerance policy toward terrorism. He would explain that post-Operation Sindoor, seven all-party delegations were sent to various countries to communicate India’s clear anti-terror stand. Baijayant Panda had led one of the key delegations among these.
