In a bizarre incident, an intoxicated man reportedly harassed a female passenger and demanded sexual favours from her on a flight from Seattle to Anchorage. The accused has been identified as Adam David Seymour.

The accused has been arrested after the landing of the flight, reports said.

As per a report in DNA India, the accused was flying to Anchorage from Seattle. Initially, he appeared friendly with the female passenger who was seated next to him. Soon, his behavior started to change after he consumed several bottles of liquor.

He made unwanted advances and asked her to have sexual intercourse with him on the flight. Fearing for her life, the victim remained silent and did not respond to his advances. Later, the accused went to the flight bathroom and lit a cigarette. When reprimanded, he allegedly threatened an off-duty officer on board the flight.

Despite all this, he continued to drink more inside the flight and created a ruckus. Upon the landing of the flight, the accused was detained. However, he refused to take a breathalyzer test.

He was later charged with assault with the intent to commit a felony at the Anchorage Federal Court.

The recent rise in unruly behavior inside flights has become a matter of serious concern as passengers are found to be abusing each other, creating a ruckus inside the flight. Recently, a drunken passenger had tried to open the emergency door of a flight.

Similarly, a man was earlier accused of peeing on a female passenger in a drunken state.
