Big relief for consumers as commercial LPG cylinder prices slashed

In a major relief for consumers, the prices of commercial LPG cylinders were reduced by Rs 91.50 on 19 kg on Saturday. The announcement was made on the first day of the fiscal year 2024.

However, no reduction in the rates of 14.2 kg or domestic cylinders has been announced by the Centre.

In the month of March, the Government had hiked the rates of commercial cylinders by Rs 350 and domestic LPG cylinders by Rs 50.
