Odisha govt sets up control room to tackle lumpy skin disease outbreak among cattle

The Odisha government on Saturday rolled out a control room to monitor and tackle the cases of Lumpy Skin disease which has claimed the lives of several thousand cattle all over the country.

State Animal Resources Department Minister from Odisha, Ranendra Pratap Swain on Sunday rolled out a control room to monitor and tackle the cases of Lumpy Skin disease which has claimed lives of several thousand cattle all over the country.

The control room opened on the ground floor of the Directorate of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences will provide consultation services to people in two shifts from 8 am to 7 pm.
