Odisha extends performance appraisal report filing deadline till May 31

The Odisha government has extended the deadline for filing the Performance Appraisal Report (PAR) of Group A and B employees of the State government for the year 2020-21.  

While the last date to file the e-PAR (self-appraisal) online through Human Resource Management System (HRMS) portal was April 26, the deadline has now been extended to May 31. 

The general administration department has asked all Group A and B employees to submit the e-PAR within the revised deadline. 

The government employees are supposed to submit the e-PAR by April 30 every year. However, the officials failed to file the report within the stipulated time. Taking into account the problem faced by the employees, the government has extended the deadline.

As per the revised deadline, the self-appraisal report will be submitted by the appraisee by May 31. The Reporting Authorities will submit the Appraisal by July 31. The Appraisal by Reviewing Authorities will be done by September 30 while Appraisal by Accepting Authorities will be done by December 31.
