Boy rescued from rock crevice after eight hours

Nabarangpur district administration after eight hours of frantic efforts finally rescued a minor boy who was trapped in a rock crevice at Tentulikhunti.

According to sources, the boy was grazing goats when he slipped into the rock crevice due to carelessness. The district administration has rushed the minor to a hospital after rescuing him.  As fire brigade officials delayed to reach and carry out the rescue operation due to downpour, Block Development Officer (BDO) with the help of some block officials rescued the boy after eight long hours of efforts.
