BJP National VP Baijayant Panda visits flood-hit Kendrapara district

Former MP of Kendrapara and BJP’s National Vice-President Baijayant Panda Friday visited flood-affected villages in Kendrapara district.

He met flood victims in Marshaghai and Derabis areas and discussed their problems.

Later, he visited neighbouring villages like Jalapoka, Sisua, Sathilo, Purushottampur, Ayatpur, Balisingh, Diha Balarampur, Talagan and Karandiapatna.

He inquired from the flood victims whether they were given relief materials by the State government or not. 

During his visit, people also drew his attention to various problems after the deluge. Several party leaders from the district accompanied Panda.

Many villages in the district were submerged due to flood in many rivers.
