3 including patient killed as ambulance rams into truck in Odisha’s Jajpur

At least three persons, including a woman patient died while two others sustained multiple injuries after the ambulance in which they were travelling in collided with a truck on NH-16 near Badachana in Jajpur district on Saturday night.

As per reports, the 108- ambulance was reportedly ferrying the woman patient from Balasore to SCB medical college and hospital in Cuttack when the mishap occurred.

Sources said the ill-fated ambulance rammed into the truck which reportedly had developed some snag on the road.
