Berhampur (Odisha): A 48-year-old man was shot dead by gunmen at Goudiabarada, about 50 km from here,in Ganjam district, police said on Friday.

Daka Pradhan was shot at by two unidentified men when he was returning to the home after attending a feast. He succumbed to injuries at hospital on Thursday night.

Previous enmity was suspected to be the cause of the killing. Two persons were detained.
