The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the results of the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (I), 2025. The written examination was held on April 13, 2025 across various centres in India, and the results were officially released on Monday, April 28, 2025 via the UPSC website: upsc.gov.in.
The list of roll numbers of successful candidates has now been published, with those shortlisted progressing to the next stage — the interview round, conducted by the Services Selection Board (SSB) under the Ministry of Defence.
Next Steps for Qualified Candidates
The interview process will determine admission to the Army, Navy, and Air Force Wings of the National Defence Academy for the 155th Course and the 117th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC), both of which are scheduled to commence on January 2, 2026. At this stage, all admissions remain provisional.
Candidates who have qualified must register themselves online at the Indian Army's recruitment portal, joinindianarmy.nic.in, within two weeks of the result declaration. After registration, selection centres and interview dates will be assigned and communicated to candidates via their registered email IDs.
