Union Bank of India announces vacancy of 1500 posts including 100 positions in Odisha; check details

The Union Bank of India has released an official notification for the recruitment of Local Bank Officer (LBO) for the year 2025-26.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have passed a three-year full-time graduation degree in any stream from a recognised institute or university. They should possess valid marksheets indicating the percentage acquired at the time of applying.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit for applying for this role is 20 years and maximum age limit is 30 years. The upper age limit relaxation for SC/ST candidates is 5 years, OBC it is 3 years. However, for PwBD candidates, the upper age limit relaxation is 10 years.

Selection Process

The selection process will include various steps including online examination, group discussions, screening of applications, and personal interview.

The online examination will consist of 155 questions carrying 200 marks and will be of duration 180 minutes. The test will consist of subjects - Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/ Banking Awareness, Data Analysis & Interpretation, and English Language.

Application Fee

The amount payable as the intimation fee by the candidates is Rs 850. However, fir candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwBD categories are required to pay an amount of Rs 175.
