Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has released an official notification inviting applications for recruitment of officers in Grade ‘A’ and Grade ‘B’ (General and Specialist Stream) positions.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants are required to hold a graduation degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant field from a recognised institute or university.
Age Limit
Candidate should be not younger than 21 years and not older than 30 years of age. The upper age limit relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, for OBC it is 3 years, and for PwBD candidates it is 10 years.
Selection Process
The selection procedure will consist of three phases: Phase I, an online screening examination with one paper of seven sections totalling 200 marks; Phase II, an online examination with two papers totalling 200 marks; and Phase III, an interview carrying 100 marks.
The interview will include 25% weightage for notable achievements in extracurricular activities (District/State/National level), awards, and recognitions in service, subject to the submission of documentary evidence.
Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs 1100 and SC/ST/PwBD candidates need to pay Rs 175. However, staff candidates are exempted from paying any fee.
