Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for graduate apprenticeship in engineering or general stream should have a 4-year degree (for engineering) or a 3-year degree (for general stream). For technician apprenticeship, candidates should hold a 3-year diploma in the relevant branch of engineering or general stream or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. 

Graduate engineers and diploma engineers are eligible, where the diploma duration can be either 3 years after completing 10th grade or 2 years after 12th grade, provided the candidate had lateral entry into the 2nd year of such courses.

Age Limit

Candidate should have completed 18 years of age as on date of submitting the application.

Selection Procedure

The date of passing in the degree (engineering or general stream) or diploma will be the basis for shortlisting candidates, with those who completed their qualifications earlier being given higher priority.
