The State Bank of India, SBI has released an official notification for recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO).

Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a government-recognized university or institution, along with a Certificate in Forex by IIBF. Additional qualifications such as a Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (CDCS), a Certificate in Trade Finance, or a Certificate in International Banking are preferred. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in Trade Finance processing in a supervisory role at a scheduled commercial bank.
They must also possess outstanding communication, presentation, and processing skills.
Selection Process
The selection process involves shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews. Meeting the minimum qualifications and experience does not guarantee selection for the interview round. A committee will establish the shortlisting parameters, and an adequate number of candidates will be invited for interviews.
The interview round is scored out of 100 marks, with the qualifying marks determined by the bank. A merit list for selection will be created in descending order based on the interview scores. If multiple candidates achieve the same cut-off marks, they will be ranked by age in descending order.
