Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Manager (Civil), 9 Posts: Candidates are required to possess a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent full-time bachelor's degree, or a full-time diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent. The aspirants applying for this position are required to have post-qualification experience of 2 years in case of Degree holders in the field of Construction & Maintenance of Railway siding. However, for Diploma holders, the post qualification experience should be of 8 years.
Assistant Manager (S&T), 4 Posts: Aspirants should possess a full time bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent. The post qualification experience required for degree holders is 2 years and 8 years for diploma holders in Erection & Maintenance of S&T systems of Railway.
Assistant Manager (Electrical), 2 Posts: Applicants applying for this position must hold a full time bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics /Power Supply/ Instrumentation and Control/ Industrial Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/Applied Electronics/ Digital Electronics/Power Electronics Engineering or any of the above combination in part or whole. The post qualification experience required for degree holders is 2 years and 8 years for diploma holders in Erection & Maintenance of OHE of Railway.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit applying for the above mentioned positions is 40 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit for OBC (NCL), SC, and ST candidates will be granted for reserved posts in accordance with current government orders.
Selection Procedure
Candidates are to be shortlisted by the company following which they will undergo a written test. The written test will be of duration 2.5 hours and consist of 125 objective type questions, each carrying 1 mark. There will be no negative marking. The tentative date for written examination is January 19, 2025.
Candidates qualifying in the written test will further be subjected to an interview.
Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay an amount of Rs 600 as intimation fee. However, for SC/ST/EWS/PWD candidates, the application fee is Rs 300. Taxes are applicable for both amounts.
