The Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has issued a notification for the Combined Recruitment Examination-2023 (III) for the positions of Pharmacist and Multipurpose Health Worker (Male).
These roles are designated for various district establishments under the Health and Family Welfare Department of the Government of Odisha.

The recruitment campaign aims to fill a total of 2453 vacancies, with 1002 positions dedicated to the role of Pharmacist and 1451 positions allocated for the post of Multipurpose Health Worker (Male).
Age Limit
The candidate's age should be between the age of 21 years and 38 years as on crucial date.
Educational Qualification
For the Pharmacist position, applicants must have successfully completed the +2 Science examination under the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, or its equivalent. Additionally, they should hold a diploma in Pharmacy or possess a BPharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy) from a Government Medical College and Hospitals within the State or any other reputable private institutions duly approved by AICTE, along with passing the examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board.
Candidates aspiring for the Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) role are required to have cleared the +2 Science examination under the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, or its equivalent. Furthermore, they should possess a diploma in Pharmacy from a Government Medical College and Hospital within the State or any other recognized private institutions duly sanctioned by the Pharmacy Council of India or AICTE.
