The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has released the schedule for the conduct of the main written examination for the post of programmer.

As per the OSSC notice, the examination will be conducted on July 11 at Bhubaneswar. The written exam will be through Computer Based Recruitment exam (CBRE).

The duration of the exam is three hours and there will be 200 questions (200 marks). There will be a negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer.

The venue and timing of the exam will be intimated to the candidates in the admission letter which will be uploaded on the OSSC website in due course.

“The candidates can download their admission letter by using their user credentials from the OSSC website from July 1 onwards,” the notice read.

The PwD candidates having disability not less than 40 % can opt for scribe facility during the exam and may apply for the purpose in the prescribed format and documents through email (orissassc@gmail.com) by July 6, 2022.

All the Covid-19 protocols, use of sanitiser, social distancing, wearing of three-layer mask will be mandatory, the notice added.
