The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) on Tuesday released the detailed programme for the written examination for recruitment to the post of Inspector of Textiles, 2017.
As per the official notification, the examination is scheduled to be held in two sittings. It will be a Computer Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE).
The examination will be held for two days- December 15 and 16, 2021. The paper 1 (Odia and English) and paper 2 (General Studies) carries 100 marks each and there will be negative marking (0.25) for each wrong answer in paper 2.
The Commission has advised the candidates to download admission letter from the "What's New" section of the official website -www.ossc.gov.in from 11.12.2021 onwards using application sequence number and date of birth.
“Time, venue and other details of the examination is mentioned in the admission letter. Candidates may also practice Mock Test by clicking on the link available in the Candidate's corner in the above website,” the notification read.
The PWD candidates, who need to take scribe assistance during the examination, shall have to apply for the same in the prescribed format and submit the detail information about the scribe with following documents by e-mail to OSSC (e-mail ID: orissassc@gmail.com) on or before 10.12.2021 to get permission of the Commission to avail the facility of scribe failing which he/she shall not be allowed to take the assistance of scribe in the examination.
