The schedule of the preliminary examination for recruitment to fill up 202 posts of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) in Group-B category in Orissa High Court has been announced.
As per the latest notification, the centre-based preliminary examination for recruitment to the posts of ASO will be conducted on October 6, 2021 (Wednesday).
“The candidates are instructed to login the official website of the High Court of Orissa www.orissahighcourt.nic.in (recruitment-corner) for choosing their examination centre (Districts/Locations) and to download the admit card as per the following time schedule,” the notification issued by the HC registrar stated.

Candidates can choose examination centre (districts/locations) by clicking on the tab ‘Examination Centre’ on the official website of the court www.orissahighcourt.nic.in (recruitment-corner) from September 10 to 16.
Similarly, the admit card for the examination can be downloaded by clicking on the tab ‘Download Admit Card’ from September 20 till the time of the commencement of the examination.
Applicants will have to enter the credentials like application acknowledgement number, User ID and date of birth while selecting the examination centre and downloading admit card.
Applications for the posts of 202 ASO were invited from February 18 to March 20 this year.
The selected candidates will get a salary in the pay scale of Rs 35,400 – Rs 1,12,400 with usual Dearness and other Allowances as may be sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.
The selection of candidates for the ASO posts will be made through several selection stages like Preliminary Examination/Test, Written Examination, Computer Application Test and Viva-voce Test.
