The Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. (OPTCL) is inviting applications from candidates for engagement of graduate (degree) engineering, diploma (technician) engineering and non-engineering trade apprenticeship.
The candidates will be engaged in various trades/disciplines under the apprentices act 1961 for a period of one year at OPTCL offices across Odisha.
A total of 232 graduate (degree) engineering and diploma (technician) engineering and 18 non-engineering apprentices will be engaged.
Qualification:
The minimum qualification for Graduate, Diploma Engineering Apprentice is Diploma, Degree (Relevant Engg Discipline) while Degree, PG (Relevant Discipline) is required for candidates to be eligible for non Engineering Trade Apprentice.
Indian national belonging to Odisha are only eligible to apply.
Age Limit:
Candidates should not be less than 18 years of age as on December 31, 2021.
Period Of Apprenticeship Training:
The period of Apprenticeship Training shall be of one year.
The training period will commence from the online contract date of Apprenticeship Training and will be for one year and the Apprentices shall be paid stipend from start of online contract date subject to satisfactory performance.
Monthly Stipend:
The monthly stipend for graduate (degree) engineering and non-engineering is Rs 9,000 whereas the stipend is Rs 8,000 for diploma (technician) engineering.
