Northeast Frontier Railway Recruitment: 56 Vacancies under sports quota, apply by Dec 10
The Northeast Frontier Railway has released an official notification for the recruitment into various posts under sports quota.
Prospective candidates can apply for the posts by visiting the official website at www.nfr.indianrailways.gov.in.
The application process has already commenced and the last date to apply for the post is December 10, 2024.

Level-5/4: 5 posts
Level-3/2: 16 posts
Level-1: 35 posts
Educational Qualification
The educational qualifications required are as follows:
For Level 5/4 positions, candidates must possess any degree.
For Level 3/2 positions, a 12th pass qualification is necessary.
For Level 1 positions, candidates should have completed 10th pass, ITI, or an equivalent qualification, or hold a National Apprenticeship Certificate.
Age Limit
The age of the candidates should be above 18 years and must not surpass 25 years as on January 1, 2025.
Selection Procedure
Short-listed eligible candidates will be called for:
Trial of sports performance
Interview and assessment of sports achievement, educational qualification etc
Essential Certificates/Documents Required
There is no community-based reservation in this recruitment. However, candidates from SC, ST, and OBC-NCL categories must submit their caste certificates in the prescribed formats: Annexure-C for SC/ST, Annexure-D for OBC-NCL (note: OBC-NCL certificates older than one year will be considered invalid), and Annexure-E for EWS (EWS certificates older than one year will also be considered invalid).

Servicemen, Women, Minority, and Economic Backward Class candidates: Rs 250
Note: Candidates who appear for the selection trials will be eligible for a partial refund of the application fee (after deduction of banking and other charges). To receive the refund, candidates must provide their bank details in the online application form.
