National Fertilisers Limited (NFL) is currently accepting applications for the position of Management Trainees.

NFL Recruitment Details

Total vacancy: 74 posts

  • Management Trainee (Marketing): 60 posts

  • Management Trainee (F&A): 10 posts

  • Management Trainee (Law): 4 posts

Age Limit

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 27 years of age as on October 31, 2023.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline from recognised University or Institute.

Application Fee

The application fee for Management Trainee (Law), Management Trainee (Marketing), and Management Trainee (F&A) is Rs 700.

Pay Scale

Candidates who are selected and undergo a minimum of one year training at our various Units/Offices will be positioned in the pay scale of Rs 40,000 - 3% - Rs 140,000, with a Basic Pay of Rs 40,000 throughout the one-year training period.
