The Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD, GR), Ministry of Jal Shakti has announced an internship programme. Students pursuing Under Graduate, Graduate, Post Graduate Degrees or Research Scholars enrolled in recognized Universities, Institutions in the field of Mass Communication in India would be engaged as ‘interns’.
The students, who are pursuing studies in BA/MA courses in mass communication or Journalism or MBA (Marketing or students who have completed their degree in aforesaid course(s) from any recognized college/university are eligible.
Other Details
The duration of the internship will be of three to six months. An honorarium of Rs.10,000 per month and a certificate of internship will be given to the selected candidates.
The last date to apply is September 15, 2023.
Selection
Selection of interns will be done on the basis of an assessment of the candidate through a personal interview, subject to the possession of requisite qualifications and approval of the Competent Authority in the Department.
All further intimations will be sent through emails. Logistics & Support Interns will be required to have their own laptops. The department shall provide them working space, internet facility and other necessities as deemed fit by the Heads.
