Bank of Baroda has released a recruitment notification for 2,500 Local Bank Officer positions across India on a regular basis. The last date to submit online applications and pay the required fees is July 24, 2025.

Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or institute (including Integrated Dual Degree programmes). Candidates with professional qualifications like Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy, Engineering, or Medicine are also eligible.
Other Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (as listed in the Second Schedule of RBI).
Experience in NBFCs, cooperative banks, payment banks, small finance banks or fintechs is not valid.
Candidates must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the local language of the state they are applying for.
Age Limit
The minimum age required to apply is 21 years, while the upper age limit is 30 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for reserved categories: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for those belonging to the OBC (Non-creamy layer) category. For persons with disabilities, the relaxation is 10 years for General/EWS, 13 years for OBC, and 15 years for SC/ST candidates.
Application Fee
The application fee for General, EWS, and OBC candidates is Rs 850 (inclusive of GST), along with applicable payment gateway charges. For candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwD, Ex-Servicemen, and Women categories, the fee is Rs 175 (inclusive of GST), plus payment gateway charges.
Selection Procedure
The selection process will comprise an online test, a psychometric test or any other suitable assessment, followed by Group Discussion and/or Interview for candidates who qualify in the online examination.
