Eligibility Criteria
Junior Operator /Grade I: Candidates are required to have completed at least a Matriculation (Class X) and a two-year ITI course in one of the specified trades, along with a Trade Certificate or National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by SCVT/NCVT. The eligible trades include Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, Machinist, Wireman, and several others related to industrial electronics and communication systems.
In addition to the educational qualifications, applicants must have a minimum of one year of post-qualification work experience in a relevant field within a factory or manufacturing environment. Apprentice training under the Apprenticeship Act, following the completion of a two-year regular ITI course, will be considered as valid experience, provided the candidate holds a National Apprentice Certificate issued or recognized by NCVT/NCVET.
Junior Attendant/ Grade I: Aspirants should have completed Higher Secondary (Class XII) with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate, specifically for PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates, as per the relaxed standard. Work experience is not mandatory for this role.
Junior Business Assistant/ Grade III: Applicants are required to possess a graduation degree in any discipline, with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate, specifically for PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) candidates, as per the relaxed standard. The candidate must possess basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with a relaxed typing speed of 20 words per minute (WPM).
Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of one year of post-qualification work experience (excluding training) in a commercial enterprise, manufacturing organization, Government department, or PSU. Apprentice training in the optional trade of Accountant under the Apprenticeship Act, following regular graduation, will be considered valid experience, subject to the production of a Certificate of Proficiency issued by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
Age Limit
The minimum age for candidates is 18 years, and the maximum age is 26 years for UR category candidates as of Jan 31, 2025. Age relaxation is provided for candidates from reserved categories; up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates and up to 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, provided they are considered for reserved positions.
Application Fee
Aspirants are required to pay an amount of Rs 300 as the intimation fee. However candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM categories are exempted from paying any amount.
