The Ministry of Defence (Navy) has invited applications from ITI-qualified Indian national candidates for Apprenticeship Training in several trades for a period of one year.
Candidates will be posted at Naval Dockyard Apprentices School in Visakhapatnam, [DAS (Vzg)] for the Training Year 2022-23 batch. The last date to apply online for the post is December 5, 2021.

Eligibility For Applying For Indian Navy Apprenticeship Training 2022-23
Education: The candidates applying for the post should have passed SSC/Matric/ Std X with 50 per cent marks (aggregate) and must have completed ITI (NCVT/SCVT) with 65% (aggregate).
Age Limit: General/ OBC candidates should be born between April 1, 2001 and April 1, 2008 while SC/ ST candidates should be born between April 1, 1996 and April 1, 2008.
The son/daughter of Naval Civilian / Defence Employee will get an additional age relaxation of two years subjected to the approval of IHQ / MoD (Navy).
How To Apply For Indian Navy Apprenticeship Training
Interested candidates may apply online at www.apprenticeshipindia.org or refer to the OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION to know about the application process. The application post should reach at DAS(V) by December 14, 2021.
Selection Process And Exam Pattern
The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of written, interview and medical examination. The written examination would be objective type and consist of 50 questions (Mathematics 20, General Science 20, General Knowledge 10), with each question carrying one and half (1½) marks.
Candidates in the order of merit of written examination would be called for interview in various reservation categories and trades.
The interview is based on the technical skills of the candidates in respective trade. Candidates finally selected for interview will have to undergo medical examination.
